Terms & Conditions – okbt Platform Rules

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and okbt ("okbt," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the okbt website, mobile platform, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing the Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the okbt Platform.

okbt reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the okbt Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following criteria:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, as required under Philippine law for casino-style gaming activities;

• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of okbt or any of its affiliated entities;

• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

okbt reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and location at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension or termination of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

To access the full features of the okbt Platform, you must register a player account. During registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Each individual may register only one (1) account on okbt. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be forfeited at okbt's sole discretion.

You must notify okbt immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. okbt will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this obligation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the okbt Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). okbt supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are as specified in the Platform's banking section, which may be updated from time to time.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification in accordance with okbt's Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures and applicable anti-money laundering regulations. okbt reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request pending satisfactory completion of verification. Specific rules for each game are available within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarize yourself with the rules of any game before placing a wager. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall prevail.

okbt reserves the right to void any bet or game round where a technical malfunction, error, or irregularity has occurred that may have affected the integrity of the outcome. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the okbt Platform:

• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploitation of software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities;
• Any form of fraud, including but not limited to chargeback fraud, identity fraud, or payment fraud;

• Engaging in money laundering or any activity that violates applicable anti-money laundering laws.

okbt reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of these prohibitions. Where a violation is confirmed, okbt may immediately suspend or terminate the account, void all associated bets and winnings, and report the matter to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the okbt Platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, game assets, and user interface elements, is the property of okbt or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of okbt.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, okbt shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service. okbt's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your okbt account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. okbt makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of the Platform or any content thereon.

10. Privacy

okbt collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
